Job Description

Our client, an industry leader in packaging for more than 50 years, is looking to add a talented Training Coordinator to their team. This person will be responsible for the preparation, facilitation, and documentation of training activities at the facility. These activities include developing the training schedule and curriculum.

Job Duties include:

  • Assemble annual training plans for Senior Management and HR
  • Develop and maintain training programs
  • Assess effectiveness and determine impact of training
  • Administrate apprenticeship programs in the facility
  • Onboard new hires and train them on company policies
  • Continually provide feedback on training needs and requirements for the facility and individuals
  • Gather feedback from trainers and trainees

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Working knowledge of SAP
