Salary: $80,000.00 to $150,000.00 /year

This position will be IDEAL for Sales Execs with Roofing Contractor experience! Manufacturer of Building Materials seeks an experienced Sales Account Executive. Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of the Roofing Industry Commercial clients, Commercial Roofing applications, as well as Solid BASE. Must have strong Customer Service Skills for this dynamic opportunity with a growing Building Material Manufacturer. They also offer an Exceptional Compensation potential.

Qualifications:

Previous B2B sales experience, contacting Building owners, Property Managers and Distribution companies.

Presentation and Internal Communications skills

Verbal Communication, Closing Skills, and Motivation for Sales

Sales Planner

Territory Management skills; Prospecting Skills

History of meeting sales goals

Construction Sales: 3 years

Responsibilities include:

Generates revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales; recommending new products and services.

Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts.

Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements.

Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.

Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services; developing new applications.

Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.

Recommends new products and services by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
