Job Responsibilities for Regional HR Manager:

●  Maintaining positive relationships with employees and Union representatives through communication, fair and consistent application of policy and interpretation of labor agreement.

●  Administer corporate policies, participate in union negotiations, performance management, and compensation reviews.

●  The Regional HR Manager will value safety, integrity, customer focus, excellence and teamwork.

●  Develop, Recruit and select talent to achieve business objectives and goals.

●  Working with Plant Managers on a daily basis to ensure good working relationships and culture at two facilities.

●  Manage a team of HR professionals and develop their skills and abilities

Job Requirements

Qualifications for Regional HR Manager:

●  Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or Similar Field.

●  Experience in managing human resource functions in multiple heavy manufacturing locations

●  Experience working with a unionized manufacturing environment, including grievance resolution and contract negotiations.

●  Experience working in a lean manufacturing environment.

●  Knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance and regulatory requirements.

●  Experience managing a staff of HR professionals

●  Ability to travel to multiple locations
