Job Requirements


Requirements:

  • MUST HAVE previous experience managing HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Piping projects
  • COMMERCIAL PROJECTS: office buildings, hospitals, healthcare, schools, etc.
  • Past Experience MUST be with a subcontractor who self-installs HVAC, Plumbing and/or Piping
  • Estimating experience strongly preferred
  • Processing change orders, ordering materials, RFI's, scheduling
