Job Description The Process Manager will be responsible for production, quality, maintenance coordination, environmental compliance, and safety for the complete power generation and recovery area. This includes boiler water treatment, boiler maintenance, evaporators, and water, air, and steam systems. Responsibilities • The Process Manager manages 10 – 15 hourly employees and all performance requirements in all power generation areas, including steam turbines. • This person will be responsible for the safety systems and performance in all power generation areas, as well as being responsible for environmental compliance. • The Process Manager is responsible for all the production requirements in the power generation. This includes minimizing downtime, and communicating issues effectively. • Work closely with maintenance to prioritize all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance

Job Requirements

Job Requirements Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering • 7-10 years’ experience of production experience in steam power generation. • Experience as a manager or supervisor is required. • Knowledge of water treatment, power and recovery boilers, steam turbines, and evaporators.
