Job Description
Our client is a strong, growing international manufacturing company with a 400 person building products manufacturing plant in north central WI.
They have an immediate direct hire Quality Manager to lead the manufacturing floor to greater performance. Using the lean manufacturing toolbox, the Quality Manager will influence the behaviors and processes of the workforce to improve quality, sustainability, safety, and reliability within the plant. Important to this role is quality system development and deployment, and quality culture creation
Significant plant level and divisional level promotional opportunities exist for this individual.

To qualify, candidates should:
Have a bachelors degree at minimum

Willingness to live in a smaller population center
