This New Jersey-based Specialty Contractor is looking for an experienced OFFICE ASSISTANT in the ESTIMATING DEPARTMENT.  Responsibilities will include Customer Service and miscellaneous Administrative tasks.  Including -  vendor relationships, reporting skills, decision making, teamwork, documentation skills, quality focus and quality assurance. 

Must have excellent written and verbal communications and be savvy with Microsoft Office.  Construction software experience helpful also.
