Create design solutions based on technical requirement specifications for company products (Structural steel fabrication, weldments, and large components).
Develop products (component design, static/dynamic stress calculations, FEA, manufacturability consideration, drawing creation, target costing, and SAPERP data generation)
Assist Product Management in generation of product concepts by researching and applying new technologies
Provide guidance and engineering support to other internal departments
Work effectively as a member of a multi-disciplinary team having the customer’s satisfaction always in mind
Cooperate with external suppliers and specialists

Job Requirements


Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/Agricultural Engineering or equivalent

Sound understanding of stress analysis, materials, hydraulics, electrical design, and manufacturing processes

CAD proficiency (AutoCAD, Solid works, and ProE Creo)

FEA experienced preferred

Must be team oriented, self-motivated, career driven, open minded, and willing to learn

Must be able to represent the engineering department within the business

Must be able to represent the Company externally in a competent, responsible, and professional manner

Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam preferred

CAD proficiency: SolidWorks 

Education: Bachelor's or equivalent experience
