Job Location: Twin Lakes, IL

I'm looking for experienced Shift Foreman with Injection Molding experience for a client near the WI / IL State Line.

Up to 700 ton presses

Electric and Hydraulic

Responsibilities include:

Changeovers, New Product Runs, Start-ups Shut-downs, Troubleshooting and Tooling Clean-outs

Direct Hire *** All shifts available ***

Requirements for the Injection Molding Shift Foreman include:

Minimum 7 years as a Process Tech in Injection Molding

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to train and mentor other Process Techs

Lean, 5S and Continuous Improvement experience a plus!
