Job Description

The candidate for the Front Desk Receptionist/Data Entry position will be reporting directly to the V.P. of Operations. This person will be answering and directing all incoming calls for the office. Microsoft office and database will be used daily.  AP/AR duties will also be assigned. 

Other job duties include:

Answering multiline phones 

Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal are a MUST

Providing general administrative/operational support

Maintain office and building supplies for the company

Data entry into the database

Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.

Providing support for weekly and monthly reports

Welcome all visitors and guests as they enter the office

Other duties to be assigned by V.P.  as needed

Job Requirements

Requirements: 

Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook is a MUST

AR/AP and invoicing with Quick Books experience preferred

Multitasking capabilities

Team player with a positive attitude
